We are also unable to answer questions about dietary supplements since our website focuses on the Healthiest Way of Eating and Cooking. We want to let you know that just because a whole food is not featured on WHFoods doesn't mean that it can.t play a role in a Healthiest Way of Eating and Cooking. Chances are it was not included when we created the list because it was not as widely available as the others that we chose to feature. If you would like to find nutrient information for foods not featured on our website, we would suggest using the free USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, which features nutritional profiles on thousands of foods.
