WHFoods Menu: Mediterranean Dressing
Our Mediterranean Dressing is great way to add extra flavor and nutrients to many dishes. Because it is used throughout the WHFoods Menu we recommend making a large batch of dressing and use as recommended in each day's menu.
WHFoods Menu: Mediterranean Dressing Prep and Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-1/2 TBS fresh lemon juice
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients well. It will store for one week without refrigeration. Refrigerate if keeping for longer than 1 week. The dressing will solidify when stored in the refrigerator.
