Cut stem off chili pepper and cut in half from stem to tip. Remove stem and seeds. Slice lengthwise in thin strips. Chop across the strips into pieces as small as possible. If needed, continue to chop finer with chefs knife. Make sure you wash your hands well after dicing chili peppers. The heat of the pepper can burn your eyes if you rub them. |
