Cut avocado in half and remove seed. Now cut avocado in quarters and cut away peel. Take the avocado sections and slice lengthwise about 1/4 inch or 1/2 an inch wide depending on size of desired cubes. Cut again crosswise ending up with squares. Toss with lemon juice to keep from browning. |
