Crispy Turkey Salad

This nutrient-rich salad is a meal in one. Substitute or add any of your favorite vegetables to suit your personal tastes. The salad is only limited by your imagination.

Crispy Turkey Salad Prep and Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • ½ medium tomato, sliced
  • 3 oz sliced turkey breast, cut into ½-inch strips
  • 2 oz crimini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 TBS blue cheese dressing

Directions:

Top salad greens with rest of ingredients and top with blue cheese dressing (or your favorite vinaigrette). Serves 1
