5-Minute Miso Soup with Dulse (sea vegetable)
Add this quick and easy miso soup to your Healthiest Way of Eating and give your body an extra boost of health-promoting minerals. Feel free to add other seaweed such as wakame for extra nutrition.

Ingredients:
1 cups boiling water
1 TBS miso
1/4 cup sliced dulse seaweed
2 TBS
minced scallion
1 TBS grated ginger
Optional
2 TBS diced tofu
Directions:
Add miso, ginger, and dulse to 1 cup of boiling water.
Serves 1
