WHFoods Menu: Miso Soup with Dulse (sea vegetable)

This quick and easy miso soup adds an extra boost of health-promoting minerals to the WHFoods Menu.

Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes



  1. Pour 2 cups boiling water into a cup or bowl.
  2. Add miso and dulse, stirring to dissolve miso.
  3. Add scallion, ginger and tofu, if desired.
