Blending/Scraping Pureed Food (beans, peas, tofu)

In order to not have beans, etc. too runny when finished, it is important to not have much liquid while blending. Simply run blender, stopping frequently to scrape the sides of the blender with a rubber spatula, removing the beans from the sides of the blender. Mix with spatula to incorporate the pureed with the unpureed food each time. This will enable you to end up with a puree with a firmer consistency.
