How to Eat Healthier in 2018

2018 marks 18 years of sharing our expertise on healthy eating and nutrient-rich cooking.

From the moment we launched the WH Foods website, we've put our heart and soul into helping as many people as possible discover and enjoy nutrient-rich foods.

Over the past 18 years we've had success educating millions of people to stand up for their own health, providing our readers with information they need to take action in pursuit of a healthier way of eating and cooking.

Here are some of the highlights of 2017:

Our Goals for a Healthier 2018

In 2018 we are going to take the World's Healthiest Foods website to a new level. We have now made our website mobile friendly, so that it can be viewed on smart phones and tablets.

As your trusted source for healthy eating in 2018 we'll continue to review scores of scientific studies on a regular basis, so we can give you the latest and most accurate information. Our goal is to support you in eating healthy not just for your New Year's resolution, but throughout the entire new year.

To this aim, we've created a brand new World's Healthiest Foods Meal Plan. It contains delicious easy-to-prepare recipes designed to give your body 100% of the daily value for all recommended nutrients. Try this Meal Plan and you'll find that healthy eating can be both easy and delicious.

We will also be releasing a 3rd edition of WHFoods book later this year.

Thanks for 18 great years and helping us spread the word about World's Healthiest Foods and nutrient-rich cooking to friends and family.

We wish you a happy and healthy New Year and look forward to helping you make 2018 your best year yet!

PS — In 2018 we will continue to keep ads free. We do this for two reasons. First, we don't want to distract you with ads. Second, we maintain this policy so that we are able to present you with information that is objectively researched and aligns with our mission to help you eat healthier.
